SB1012 HFA Sponaugle 6-13

            Delegate Sponaugle moves to amend SB2012 on page 2, Section 3, line 21, following the period, by inserting a new subsection (d) to read as follows:

“(d) For fiscal year 2017, the first $43 million of the revenues collected and dedicated under subsection (c) shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Public Employees Insurance Agency; Provided, That $24 million of each year’s appropriation shall not enter in to the calculation of the aggregate premium cost-sharing percentages between employers and employees as set out in section five, article sixteen, chapter five of this code. Beginning with the fiscal year 2018, all money generated by the amendments to this section enacted in the year 2016, shall be dedicated to the credit of the Public Employees Insurance Agency ”;

On page 2, Section 3, line 25, by re-lettering current subsection (d) accordingly.
